Value Place, founded in 2003, is an extended stay hotel which provides lodging for independent business owners, professional consultants, families and individuals who are on the move to a new job assignment or relocating to a new community. Value Place wanted to do a roll out in the state of Michigan. Tara Manning represented the corporation and analyzed and dissected the market to determine which sites would meet their profile.
After analyzing the market Tara found the ideal site in Holland, Michigan, located on Van Ommen Drive and U.S. HWY 31. This site was a developer owned site. The seller of the property wanted the rights to develop the new hotel. Tara served as the liaison between the owner of the property and her client. She successfully negotiated the transaction which resulted in a 105 bedroom hotel to be completed in the spring of 2008.
