Chad D. Bush has been involved in commercial real estate since 1997 and during that time has focused on investment analysis, acquisitions and development covering approximately $150 million in commercial real estate projects.
The breadth and depth of Chad’s experience covers that of a Principal as well as a Broker. Whether the project requires site acquisition and construction, Buy versus Build versus Lease analyses to structuring partnership documents, as well as financing small and large projects, Chad has gained experience in all areas of commercial real estate development and analysis. Additionally, Chad has worked with qualified intermediaries to facilitate Tax Code 1031 Exchanges and Tenant in Common (“TIC”) transactions for client tax considerations.
