Professional Experience

Aaron Young officially returned as the President and Chief Operating Officer to The Wisinski Group after a 3 year absence. Aaron started his brokerage career with then, S.J. Wisinski & Company in 1998. Prior to departing the company in 2004, Aaron was recognized as one of the company’s top producers, brokering several big box transactions, investment properties, and small shop leasing. In 2004 Aaron departed to begin construction on 5 new retail projects with Retail Development Group’s cofounder Chad Bush. Aaron’s experience of developing and leasing shopping centers in Michigan and out of State has given him a unique brokerage perspective. While highly active with Retail Development Group, Aaron outsourced brokerage services in Charlotte, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, OH, Kansas City, Mo., Grand Rapids, MI, and other primary markets, while maintaining an in-house leasing presence. Additionally, Aaron sits on the Board of Directors for Pet Supplies Plus (franchisee) and is directly responsible for all real estate related activities in Wisconsin, Alabama, and Texas.

Today, Aaron is responsible for differentiating The Wisinski Group in the market place. This is being accomplished through the development and launching of proprietary systems such as The Wisinski Blueprintâ„¢, a first of kind client interactive web-site, a non-CIRREX based system for comparable property sales, email marketing campaigns with tracking interfaced with our corporate database of contacts with sophisticated sorting capabilities, a new fully integrated corporate marketing program, and restructuring the agents and staff into focused team-oriented disciplines.

In addition, Aaron Founded Grand Rapids based Progressive Building Services upon graduating from The University of Michigan in 1994. The company employed 50 people and was a full service facility maintenance provider with private labeled cleaning chemicals for distribution. Aaron sold the company in 1997 to pursue a career in real estate.
