Professional Experience

Mr. Hurley has been assisting Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers with their commercial real estate brokerage and strategic planning needs since 1996, with specialization in industrial property types. He has recently been involved in transactions totaling more than $25 million and almost 1.1 million square feet. He also holds both the SIOR and CCIM designations that are symbols of the highest level of service, production, knowledge (financial, market, user decision & investment analysis) and ethics in the real estate industry. Less than 2% of the total 125,000 real estate professionals nationally hold both the designations.

Mr. Hurley spent five years working in the environmental industry. While at Groundwater Technology, Inc., and later Earth Tech, Inc., he provided technical expertise as a project geologist for a variety of corporate and governmental projects.

His clients include Knape & Vogt; Tyco Electronics; ADT Security Services, Inc.; Penske Truck Rental; Jerry’s Tire; Brink’s, Inc.; Dayton Freight Lines, Inc.; Otis Elevator Company; Universal Products, Inc., Fortifiber Corporation; Davis Construction and Behr Industries Corporation.
