We provide a full range of services. However, it all starts with The Wisinski Group Start-up Plan. We review all existing lease agreements; noting critical dates, notification periods, insurance requirements, Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) definition. We receive multiple bids annually from all service providers, such as snow removal, landscaping, and janitorial, in an effort to keep operating costs in line. We thoroughly conduct an internal audit of the property to include mechanical systems, fire and life systems, previous preventative maintenance schedules, site plan review of detention water discharge, and utility metering between mechanical room and suites.

Being proactive, responsive, and skillful is the cornerstone of our success and the reason why our client retention rate is over 95% over a 21-year period. The collective sophistication of our property management team will attract and retain tenants and residents. We will not only foster outstanding tenant relationships, but produce comprehensive reporting, tools and procedures for all of your needs. For monthly accounting reports we utilize Yardi, the top accounting and preventive maintenance software program in our industry, recommended by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, we communicate with your attorney, CPA, or any other advisor you deem necessary to protect your investment. We provide 24-hour emergency on-site services and always be there when an unforeseen event occurs.
