Tom Wiarda offers 18 years of experience in commercial property management, including all types of properties from large downtown office buildings to small neighborhood retail strip centers. Tom has been with S.J. Wisinski for 13 years. He has managed properties for banks, state and federal governmental agencies, as a court-appointed receiver, and for individual owners and investors. Prior to his property management experience, Tom worked in the field of commercial construction management. Tom is also currently active in office and retail leasing, investment property sales, and retail site selection.
